1. Worship
Worship must be central to the life and lifestyle of all our church members. Regular corporate worship is a focal point of our church and is required of all our church members. We worship God as God because He is Gad and we are His creation.
2. Word
The Bible is the living Word of God, the foundation of our faith and the ultimate authority on all matters of our church. The Bible is completely timeless and relevant to our church in today's culture. The Bible is to become a close companion of every member of our church.
3. Prayer
Prayer is the lifeline of our church. Prayer is the ultimate sign of our church's dependence upon God. Prayer is our church's primary means of enjoying the privilege of participating I the sovereign plan of God.
4. Leadership
Lay Leaders: Our church will train and raise up powerful lay spiritual leaders who will participate in the ministry.
Mentor Development: Our church will produce powerful spiritual mentors who will make investment of life in the lives of mentees.
Parental Leadership: Our church will train and challenge the parents to model Christ-life to their children and become spiritual mentors of their children.
5. Harmony
Generational Harmony: A major focus of our church is to nurture, challenge and meet the needs of those I the 20's, 30's and 40's and their children. Our church will challenge and mobilize the older generations to make real investments in nurturing the younger generation.
Cultural Harmony: While it is a challenge, we will minister to multiple language groups in our church. A diverse ethnicity is a powerful way to display the community of God's people. We will value and pursue such diversity even at significant cost or inefficiency.
6. Teams
Functional Teams: Conduct all aspects of our church ministry through functioning and reproducing teams rather than relying primary on the organizational structure of the church.
Small Groups: Each team will function as a small group, each with its own peculiarities and characteristics. Our church small groups serve as a conduit to the larger church community for those who initially shy away from the larger community. Our church small groups offer unlimited leadership opportunities for every one who is called to leadership.
Couples as a Team: God designed husband and wife to be one. We take this mandate very seriously. We also believe that God desires the couples to build up each other in love and respect. Our church will train the couples to become ministry team.
7. Training
Training is vital to our church. We will train our members to become equipped for the ministry. Training will be required of every proper member of our church. Training promotes among church members (1) unity though shared sprit, (2) transformation of lives and lifestyles, (3) cultivation of leadership and vision for ministry, and (4) the increased knowledge of the Word of God.
8. Margin
Life in Christ leads to a life of margin, not a marginal life. In Christ is abundant life out of His richness. We desire to become a church overflowing with people who experience the life of margin by making God their first priority in life and by learning to enjoying the rest in Christ.
9. Mission
Marketplace Mission: The church is not of the world but was called to be in the world to transform the world. Our church will not isolate ourselves from the marketplace and will implement ways in which the marketplace may experience the true living God through us. We will become a church over flowing with people who live out Christ-life in the marketplace.
Foreign Mission: We will participate in the foreign mission ministry through and in cooperation with other well-established and proven mission organizations.
10. challenge
Spiritual challenging has become a lost are in the church today. Our church will routinely challenge our members in order that each person may be awakened to his or her full potential in Christ.
